This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of ngbalance, an accounting and bookkeeping platform developed by 360 Success and operated together with BNS Taxes ("we", "us"). By accessing or using ngbalance, you agree to this Agreement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ngbalance for your internal business accounting and tax purposes, subject to this Agreement.
You retain all ownership of your business, accounting and financial data. You grant us the rights necessary to process that data to provide the service. When you connect QuickBooks Online or a bank account, you authorize us to access the relevant data solely to deliver the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke these connections at any time.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights.
ngbalance integrates with third-party services (including Intuit/QuickBooks and Plaid). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
ngbalance assists with bookkeeping and tax preparation but does not replace professional judgment. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Final financial statements and tax filings should be reviewed by a qualified professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service and disconnect integrations at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this Agreement.
